Here are the home brewing books I have in my library.
Brewing Better Beer - Gordon Strong's book of techniques for advanced brewers to improve their beer.
Brew Ware - A book of projects for home brewers. A bit dated, but still has some useful ideas.
The Home Brewer’s Companion by Charlie Papazian - a follow up to the Complete Joy of Homebrewing, with additonal techniques and recipes.
Water by John Palmer and Colin Kaminski. A book for more advanced all grain brewers. Once you get cleaning, sanitizing and fermenting down, then you can focus on water.

For the Love of Hops by Stan Hieronymus - a guide to the history and various uses of hops in brewing.
Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers by Stephen Harrod Buhner - A great resource for ancient and non-traditional beers.
Radical Brewing by Randy Mosher. Covers the use of many non-traditional brewing ingredients
Microbrewed Adventures by Charlie Papazian - Charlie's recounting his visits at various breweries around the world.
Clone Brews - A book of 200 recipes based on commercial beers.
